Severity Levels

🔵 BLUE — No Immediate Action Required
Low severity. No immediate action is required. The issue will be addressed during the next regular workshop visit.

🟠 AMBER — Contact Service Partner
Medium severity. Please contact your authorized service partner and arrange a workshop appointment within the next 4 weeks.

🔴 RED — Immediate Action Required
High severity. DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR. A call center agent will contact you to arrange a short-term workshop appointment.
